The owner wanted to transform the image of their business by revising the studio’s environment. They wanted to have spacious, fresh, modern, and technological spaces, with rooms equipped with monitors.

ALLESTIMENTA SOLUTION

The studio Is renowned for designing the Torre Velasca in the ’60s, which influenced the style of the new Exit Bar located nearby
EXIT BAR MILAN
We were excited to work on this project as general contractors due to its tailored approach, attention to every detail, and the opportunity to put into practice what often remains theory in architecture. The geometry of the environment recalls the design of the Torre Velasca and the interlocking structure created to display Michelangelo’s Pietà Rondanini at the Castello Sforzesco. Studio BBPR oversaw both projects in the ’60s.
Inside the bar, the colours were chosen to create a visual connection with the surrounding environment. The green tiles recall the building’s façade where the venue is located, while the red echoes the shutters of the nearby businesses.
To consolidate the connection with the pasta factory run by the same owners, but located in another district of Milan, the same ceppo di gré flooring was selected and installed, which was also used for the countertop cladding.
