CLIENT GOALS

Chef Giancarlo Perbellini wished to make the venue elegant without intimidating customers. He also required the work to be completed as quickly as possible.

ALLESTIMENTA SOLUTION

Architect Silvia Bettini created a project that met Chef Perbellini’s needs, paying attention to the choice of materials and the way they were used, playfully combining precious, raw or common materials.

LOCANDA PERBELLINI BISTROT – MILAN

Our task in the project was to carry out all the requested work and position the materials to perfection.

To reduce time and costs, the existing wooden flooring was kept and sanded. The walls were fitted with granite cut at a 45° angle and copper with an acid and wax finish. Finally, classic Milan wooden chairs were chosen to give the venue a rustic touch.

An efficiently managed project that allowed us to deliver the finished venue in 2 months.
